If the templates are good fit for your organization and you want to license a tailored bundle, mention that in your message.
Support for a template you bought
Pick the storefront you bought from. That's where the order record lives, and refunds / replacements are fastest there.
- Etsy: open your Etsy order and send a message through Etsy's messaging system.
- Gumroad: reply to the receipt email you received, or use the support link on the receipt.
- Email directly: scrooge@sunnyengineer.com — include your order number when you have one.
Press and partnerships
Email scrooge@sunnyengineer.com with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. Brief, plain-English replies; typical turnaround within a few business days.
Report a problem with this site

A note about responses. We respond to every genuine message we receive, but turnaround depends on volume and the storefront's system. If something is genuinely urgent about a purchase, please reply through the storefront first so the team there can prioritize.
